Shotless provides AI-powered product photography and content creation services. We transform customer-provided product photos into professional marketing content.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders must be paid in advance
• Prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of the original photos you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

Our Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive a commercial license to use the created content for your business purposes. You may not resell the content as-is to third parties.

5. Turnaround and Delivery

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from order confirmation. Express delivery options are available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

6. Revisions and Refunds

• Revision rounds are included as per your selected plan
• If you are not satisfied after revisions, we offer a 100% refund
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

7. Limitation of Liability

Shotless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
